Online theory lessons
In two online lessons you get an introduction into the world of kimono. We focus mostly on the practical side of kimono wearing for women.
What types of kimono are there? What materials are needed to wear kimono? How is kimono used in Japan and abroad?
These lessons are geard towards beginners.
When: Sunday October 3rd and Sunday October 10th from 10:00h till 12:00h online.
Price: 20€ for the module of two lessons
Course how to dress yourself in kimono
Learn how to dress yourself in kimono during a module of nine real-life lessons. Putting on a kimono is more complicated than people often think. There are a lot of steps and dressing tools involved. During these lessons you will systematically learn how to dress yourself in a ladies kimono with nagoya obi.
It is recommended but not mandatory to first follow the online theory course.
All material is provided during the lessons. If you have a full set of your own material (list upon request) you get a 10% discount on the lesson fee.
When and where: Sundays 17/10, 24/10, 31/10, 14/11, 21/11, 28/11, 5/12, 12/12 and 19/12 from 10:00h till 12:00h in Geel, Belgium.
